By using Berdikari, you agree to these terms. Read the sections that relate to the account, transactions, and work you manage.

Berdikari, owned and operated by PT Berdikari Karya Reka, provides tools to build creator pages, offer work, process transactions, and build relationships with audiences. You are responsible for your account information and the content you publish.

The selling price of a product or service after discounts is credited in full to the Creator's balance. Berdikari does not deduct service fees from the Creator's selling price.
The Buyer pays the Berdikari service fee according to the Creator's active plan. This fee is added at checkout and shown to the Buyer before payment is completed.
Pemula

Studio

paid by the Buyer per transaction, before VAT (PPN)
VAT (PPN) on the Berdikari service fee and payment method fees from the payment provider may be added for the Buyer. The final total is shown before the Buyer pays.
Balance withdrawals on the Pemula plan carry a fee of Rp 5.000 per request. Withdrawals on Pro and Studio are free, with a minimum withdrawal of Rp 50.000. This withdrawal fee is separate from sales transactions.

You remain responsible for reviewing output from AI features before it is published. Do not enter sensitive data or material that infringes the rights of others. Berdikari does not claim copyright ownership of the original content you produce.

Complaints are processed based on urgency, completeness of evidence, and impact. An initial response is given within two business days at the latest, while resolution times may differ for payment disputes, account access, or content review.

Buyers receive usage rights as described in the product description, not copyright ownership. Buyers may not resell, share protected files, remove license markers, or claim to own the work without written permission from the creator.
Reports of unauthorized distribution are reviewed based on evidence and do not automatically revoke buyer access. Only Berdikari administrators can warn, revoke, restore, or close access after a review with a recorded reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We prioritize resolution through open communication before taking legal action.
The asset protection terms require review by legal counsel before they take effect in production, including their compliance with Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright and Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
