Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to start?

No. The Pemula plan is free. A 5% service fee is paid by the buyer at checkout, so your price arrives in full in your wallet. On Pro the service fee is 3% and on Studio 1%.

Can I write my own credentials?

Yes. You write your own introduction, experience, and expertise on your page and in your blog posts, so prospective clients get to know you in your own words.

What if a client wants to reschedule?

There is no automatic reschedule button yet. A booked slot cannot be booked twice, so you and the client agree on a replacement time directly, then the client books a new slot you open.

Can I sell a package of several sessions?

Not yet. Each session is booked and paid per slot, and multi-session packages or session credits are not available. For now you can sell sessions one by one, or package your material into a recorded class.
