We collect account information, creator profiles, transactions, interactions with features, and the technical data needed to keep the service secure and working properly.

Data is used to operate accounts, process payments, improve the experience, support customer service, and meet legal obligations.

We use access restrictions, encryption, monitoring, and secure storage practices. No system is completely free of risk, so we keep reviewing the protections in place.

AI-powered features process the input you provide to produce the help you ask for. Input data is not used to train third-party AI models, and you keep the rights to the content you generate or edit.

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or certain restrictions on your personal data in line with applicable law. Account settings are the main way to manage your information.

When a protected asset is downloaded, we may create a temporary copy with a watermark containing a masked email, a short order reference, and a signed technical marker. The buyer's full identity is not included in file names or storage paths.

Network and device identifiers are kept for at most 180 days. Personalized files are kept for at most six hours, while case evidence is kept for two years after the case is closed. A legal hold may delay deletion.

This policy requires review by legal counsel before the production launch to ensure compliance with Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
