Frequently asked questions

Can I run free events too?

Yes. Create the event at Rp0 so people still sign up and their details are saved. For paid events, the service fee is paid by the ticket buyer, so your ticket price arrives in full.

How do attendees pay and get their tickets?

Attendees pay at the Berdikari checkout with the payment methods available there. Their registration is only complete once payment is confirmed, and on the day you can use check-in to record who showed up.

What happens when the seat limit is reached?

Each event has one price and one seat limit that you set yourself. Once the limit is reached, no one else can sign up.

When can we sell our members' physical products?

Not yet. Physical products, shipping, and pre-orders are not available on Berdikari, so we cannot promise a date. What you can sell today is event tickets, guides and other digital products, and recorded classes.
